The RSC train-the-trainer programme is designed to enable training facilities to deliver the respective RSC modules at the required training excellence. The programme is modularised to cater to the portfolio selected for individual markets and specific wind energy training needs. All future trainers receive hands-on module instruction from the trainers perspective and are given support in managing learning outcomes and designing training sequences inclusive of all equipment specifications.
Each train-the-trainer programme will be customized to the specific needs of the training provider considering the pre-qualification and industry experience of the instructors.
