Knowledge

Describe structure and function of various sensors used in wind turbines
Name locations of sensors in wind turbines
Explain possible causes of faults in sensors
Describe possible dangers of working on sensors

Install and adjust sensors in accordance with manufacturer data - -
Perform and document maintenance work, testing and trouble-shooting on wind turbine sensors in accordance with manufacture data
Apply safety instructions when working on sensors

Prerequisites

Vocational training in mechanics or electrical engineering, RSC-ELT-01, RSC-ELT-04, RSC-ELT-12, RSC-ELT-14, Basic knowledge of wind turbine technology
