Basics of Business Management

This module is designed for technical staff working in the onshore and offshore wind industry. The focus is on principles of business management, legal forms of enterprises and organisation of accounting departments and the accounting systems they use. Participants are taught to initiate simple business transactions and document them in accordance with accounting specifications.
